Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Life Alaska Donor Services is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. Become part of a dynamic team dedicated to serving donor families, transplant recipients & healthcare providers throughout Alaska.
Applicants must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word & Excel. Must have strong letter writing, grammar, and phone skills in addition to a variety of office tasks. This position updates and maintains a database and creates query reports using Microsoft Access. Experience in database management and analysis preferred. There are also responsibilities in the Donor Family Services program, making travel arrangements for staff members, and assisting with event planning.
This position will also be expected to cross-train in the responsibilities of another Administrative Assistant position and will share administrative duties including opening and/or closing duties, answering phones, greeting and admitting guests to our secure facility, sorting & filing correspondence and other records, bulk and daily mailings, preparing deposits, and distributing messages.
